1. Booking Cancellation

1.1 Individual Bookings:

• For individual bookings, cancellations made 30 days or more before the start date of the tour will receive a full refund, minus any applicable transaction fees.
• 60-31 days prior to arrival: 50% from total invoice
• 30-22 days prior to arrival: 75% from total invoice
• 21-0 days prior to arrival: 100% from total invoice

1.2 Group Bookings:

• For group bookings (defined as 15 or more participants), cancellations made 60 days or more before the start date of the tour will receive a full refund, minus any applicable transaction fees.
• Cancellations made between 45-60 days 50% and between 30-45 days before the start date of the tour will be subject to a 30% cancellation fee per participant.
• No refunds will be issued for cancellations made less than 30 days before the start date of the tour or for no-shows.

2. Tour Cancellation by Destinations Unlimited

2.1 In the event that Destinations Unlimited must cancel a tour due to unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to natural disasters, political unrest, or insufficient participant numbers, we will offer affected customers the option to reschedule the tour or receive refund credit.

2.2 We reserve the right to cancel or modify any tour itinerary at our discretion, taking into account the safety and well-being of our customers and staff.

3. Refund Process

3.1 Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment within 30 business days of the cancellation request being approved.

3.2 Customers are responsible for any fees charged by their financial institution for processing refunds.

4. Changes to Cancellation Policy

We reserve the right to modify or update this Cancellation Policy at any time, without prior notice. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on the Destinations Unlimited website.
