Return Refund Policy

1. Returns

1.1 Unused Services:

  • Unused services, during the tour will not be refunded.

1.2 Unused Portions of Tours:

  • If a participant is unable to complete a tour due to unforeseen circumstances, they may be eligible for a partial refund for the unused portion of the tour, subject to our discretion and the terms outlined in the Cancellation Policy.

2. Refunds

2.1 Eligibility:

  • Refunds will only be issued for cancellations made in accordance with our Cancellation Policy.
  • Requests for refunds must be submitted in writing to dest.unlimited@outlook.com and will be processed within 30 business days of receipt.

2.2 Refund Amount:

  • If a participant is unable to complete a tour due to unforeseen circumstances, they may be eligible for a partial refund for the unused portion of the tour, subject to our discretion and the terms outlined in the Cancellation Policy.

3. Exchanges

3.1 Tour Substitutions:

  • In certain circumstances, participants may request to substitute one tour for another, subject to availability and approval by Destinations Unlimited. Any price difference between the two tours will be charged or refunded accordingly.

4. Changes to Return and Refund Policy

We reserve the right to modify or update this Return and Refund Policy at any time, without prior notice. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on the Destinations Unlimited website.
